Medical Specialists Billing maintains the confidentiality of information received from every single client. MSB follows all federal and state laws pertaining to protected health information and confidentiality, including, but not limited to, HIPAA and its regulations governing the transmission, privacy, and security of protected health information. Thus, except for the dissemination of such records to authorities as allowed or required by law, MSB, and its staff, will not disclose protected health information without the specific consent of the client. All MSB employees are required to sign a confidentiality agreement as a condition of employment. MSB emphatically enforces these agreements.
